STIR FRIED CLAMS WITH ROASTED CHILI PASTE



Ingredients

-  Clam 500 g. 
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 chilli (cut into strips ).
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

 How to do step by step

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until golden

2. Add the clams and stir until cooked. (clams will open when they are cooked) Season with sugar, and chili paste,fish sauce .

3. Add the basil and pepper Stir for about 5 seconds, then turn off the plate and serve with steamed rice.
